Latest Article >>> Rosenqvist Eyes Portland Challenge After Indy 500 Glory Ahead Of Arrow Mclaren Reunion With Dixon

Felix Rosenqvist sat before the microphones on a midsummer Tuesday, the weight of a championship stretch still ahead and the glow of May’s ultimate prize still fresh, as the NTT INDYCAR SERIES prepared to dive into six races across five weekends. The Swedish driver, fresh off his first Indianapolis 500 triumph in the closest finish the Brickyard has ever witnessed, spoke with the calm assurance of a man who had finally drunk the milk after years of near-misses, yet remained hungry for more ordinary race-day victories with Meyer Shank Racing before the chapter closed.

DEMOCRATS ... and the NYT are launching their first economy lie campaign to kick off the Midterms Season - positive economic news pokes their article in the eye both at home, and across the globe.

PULL QUOTE: "Foreigners [are] looking for “alternative destinations” to the United States [as per NYT]. Instead, what we see is the rest of the world following the Trump administration’s policy of reprivatizing the economy. In the 12 months through July 2024, foreigners sold a net $151.5 billion of American stocks while purchasing $540.7 billion of Treasury notes and bonds, $306 billion of corporate bonds, and $103.4 billion of agency bonds. Global investors were losing faith in equities issued by the U.S. private sector, and Biden policies were pushing foreigners to buy government debt instead."

Ghost Cities Rising Across The Chinese Landscape

The urban boom built whole cities almost overnight. Roads went in before drawings were finished. Prefab towers rose in weeks. Places planned for nearly a million people — Lingang near Shanghai, Yujiapu billed as China’s Manhattan — stand looking complete: roads, malls, offices, apartments, schools. Yet they feel frozen mid-build.

The emptiness is not a mystery. Hundreds of millions still live on incomes that cannot buy the new stock. “Build it and they will come” did not hold. The result has been called the largest property bubble the world has seen. The same boom that moved Australian iron ore now carries a downside if it bursts.

Two stories sit side by side: frantic construction and deserted streets. This ballad sits in the space between them.
